With input and ideas received from towns around the County and municipal and county political leadership, a consensus has been voiced to engage Mercer Democrats in the following crucial Federal races, to help make an impactful difference in the 2022 elections:Re-Elect Congressman Andy Kim.
Re-Elect Congressman Tom Malinowski
Elect a Democrat to Pennsylvania U.S. Senate Contest.

I am pleased to appoint JON DURBIN as Chair of the MCDC Messaging Committee, created to provide thoughts on how we can enhance the Democratic Party’s campaigns and outreach.   There has been a great deal of conversation around the County on how Democrats should best message to attract voter support for our candidates.  Certainly some of the feedback on national and state campaigns and statements has created concerns about how the Democratic Party in general is presenting policy and candidates to the public, and about the Democratic Party branding in general.
